In 1988, Bolanle Tawose joined NICON Insurance Plc as an accountant and held various positions in varying capacities, to wit, Manager, General Accounts. A position she attained until she was redeployed to NICON Luxury Hotel, Abuja in 2009 as Head, Internal Audit and later rose to Financial Controller in 2011. In 2012, Tawose moved to Air Nigeria Development Ltd where she held the position of Head of Risk & Business Assurance Department.
