Mrs. Esther Adetutu Ajayi is the Executive Director Finance and Administration. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and an Alumna of Said Business School University of Oxford, United Kingdom. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1988 and was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1991 and became a Fellow of the Institute in 2004. She is a 1986 Higher National Diploma (HND) holder in Accountancy from the Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta, Nigeria. She also holds a Post graduate diploma (PGD) in Theology from The Redeemed Bible College.

Mrs. Ajayi worked with NICON Insurance Plc between 1988 and 2009 and rose to become a Zonal Accountant and Manager Accounts and Investments before her appointment as the Executive Director Finance and Administration Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation in August 2009, the position she holds till date. She has served in various committees in her career and she is currently a member of the Accounting Technical Committee of Nigeria Insurers Association (NIA).
