Benedict Nkwo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Calabar and has more than 17 years cumulative experience covering the Insurance, Oil and Gas, FMCG and other sectors of the economy. He belongs to several professional bodies including the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, International Mentoring Institute of Nigeria and Learning and Development Network International.

He is presently Head, Compliance.
