Mr. Ajayi Jacob is a Certified Project Manager (CPM) through the International Project Management Professional (IPMP, 2012) and member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He brings over 13 years of hands-on experience in property and project management, property appraisal, and real estate advisory services.

He began his career in 2010 as an Estate Surveyor with Rotimi Fagbemi, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, where he was entrusted with key responsibilities in property management. In 2016, he joined Eliel Group as the Group Senior Executive in the Property Department, playing a significant role in real estate operations and portfolio oversight. By 2020, he took up the position of Head, Facility and Valuation Unit at Anene and Associates, where he led valuation and facility management functions. His career continued with a stint at Diya Fatimilehin & Co, one of Nigeria’s prominent real estate firms, before joining the Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation in 2025 as the Head of Property Management, overseeing operations nationwide.

He earned his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation from Lagos State Polytechnic (now Lagos State University of Science and Technology), Lagos, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Housing Development and Management at the University of Ibadan.

Mr. Ajayi is an experienced property manager and valuer with a demonstrated history of success in the real estate industry. He is skilled in negotiation, real estate transactions, valuation, property management, and customer relations.
